I sent my daughter to this bakery to buy tamales. It is our first time buying them from here. Once she got them home we were eager to try them out. But unfortunately we opened the 1st one and it was raw. We didn't risk opening anymore (this was going to our lunch). So we had to wait for them to open again after their lunch. So when my daughter was able to go inside she showed the girl the raw tamale, she tried to say it was good, they are suppose to be like that. My daughter told her no they are not, this is not edible. We want our money back. At first the girl didn't want to give our money back but my daughter kept telling she didn't want them. Went back and asked for refund and proceeded to do this when instead they charged an additional $1,118.00! $2,236 now debuted! No apologizes and no sympathy. Instead, seemed like a bother, and they still proceeded to charge me for the tamales I bought earlier in the day. Days later, and now I have to file for fraud with my bank.    Read moreI bought 2 tamales at first glance the size was pretty big, well I guess a lil too big cause they weren't fully cooked not even half of it was cooked. Then we had order a strawberry shake idk what a shake is for her but most certainly what she poured in that cup was milk and strawberry quick and thats it! And her people skills suck she looks like she's miserable working there can even greet you when you walk in or say thank you, have a great day or something.
