I discovered this cute little hole in the wall Hidden Gem of a smoke shop about a month ago when I was searching for a particular glass piece for my bubbler and I was greeted by a very lovely girl named Sam who is actually the owner. I was asking her prices on a few different items and was pleased with the deals she had not to mention the impressive and unique variety of inventory that she has. I happened to mention that I was on a budget so the bowl piece was the only item I would be able to get and I mean the initial price she told me it was was already better than some of the regular smoke shops I frequent at but then she ended up just telling me to do it for 5 out the door and right then I knew I wanted to make that my new go to smoke shop and of course also because I I was vibing with her energy. So now is about a month since my first visit and I have a little extra spending money so I thought I would pop in there and say hi and give her a little more business than my previous visit but unfortunately I did not have anywhere near positive of an experience.. I was not even acknowledged till some moments after the last customer left and only when I like walked up to the counter. The guy that was working there was literally just on his phone and while I was talking to him about the possible new glass piece I was considering purchasing he wasn't even paying attention and I knew this because when I turned around after talking about the two pieces I was looking at he I looked up after my question is like oh you want one of the bongs? Like that wasn't even the point anyways then I asked if he could possibly switch the attachment for a different one because I do not use dab rigs and then he went on to tell me that that was pretty much out of the question and that I could buy the attachment separately for literally double what Sam had sold it to me by itself the first time I went in. I told him just forget it I'm going to just come back when Sam is here because I wouldn't have been satisfied or excited or happy about my purchase knowing it was the result of very very poor customer service. I was not going to let tonight affect my decision to give the five star rating because Sam...

Mathiesen said she meant to leave a $5 tip, but the payment terminal didn’t show a decimal point, so when she entered “5000,” the system took it — literally.
At first, the clerk at San Bruno Exotic told her the charge couldn’t be reversed. Then the story shifted — he claimed the shop never received the money. But Mathiesen’s bank statement showed otherwise.
“I’m just livid because I’m like I’m not going to pay $5,000 for something I never intended to happen,” Mathiesen...
Read moreBought a flume vape on Thursday afternoon. Flavor was great, but by Saturday morning the pen was already dead. A vape usually lasts me 2-3 weeks so it dying in 48 hours makes no sense. Each pen should have 300 puffs according to the official Flum website. I am from out of town and came here since it was close to airport but I would not come back. The pen was $25 when it’s typically $21 in los angeles....
