I did a strength training class on a Sunday with Coach Patrick. I was there a little early and as soon as I walked in he and the other staff members greeted me and welcomed me. They first started by asking me questions about my history of training and injury to make sure I can perform the exercises safely. After, the staff members did a great job of showing the exercises ahead of the class and pointing out on how I can improve my form. The feedback was super helpful and made me feel as if they knew what they were talking about. Once the class started I was able to interact with other members in the same class. The staff did a great job creating an environment for us all to be comfortable with each other via ice breaking questions. Throughout the process, I always felt like it was a judgement free zone and everyone was super encouraging. On Thanksgiving, I was talking to a friend who talked me into signing up for F45 and helped motivated me to actually signing up. Iāve signed up to other gyms before but never went and I actually have a 24 hour fitness membership but never gone.
I went the following day, 6AM class. It was really hard for me to get out of bed as Iām not a morning person at all. I couldnāt be happier that I did. Iāve gone every day so far, excluding the weekends and itās been amazing. I feel more energized and mentally in a better place. The coaches have been very welcoming and have helped out making sure Iām doing the right movements for the exercise.

A buddy of mine from work recommended I stop by and check out the class he takes in the mornings. I was pretty intimidated considering I didnāt have any real experience with lifting/working out in a targeted fashion. Despite my hesitation, I took to the class right away and havenāt stopped going since that first trial run. All the members are super welcoming & the staff is amazing! Theyāre able to strike the balance between kicking my butt & making sure Iām not overdoing it and hurting myself, which has been so rewarding in so many ways. In the last couple months Iāve dropped 12 pounds and honestly canāt remember the last time Iāve felt this good - not to mention the sense of community Iāve gained in such a short time.
Seriously would recommend to ANYONE looking to enrich their lives & get fit in...
