We needed a new Harley Rake for our business and after a bit of searching none were to be found in the Midwest. I came across an ad on the internet and quickly called Jim Goodall Equipment and found that they had one in stock. Our experience was above and beyond expectations. Jim answered the phone and helped with making sure we had everything we needed to make the attachment work for our machine. My TD34TN had problems from the day it rolled out of the showroom. It went in for warranty repair 3 times in Clearwater and once in Sarasota. Both times the mechanics couldn't figure out what the problem was.

The mechanic Josh at Jim's shop had that problem, as well as two other smaller problems fixed within 48 hours. He was the only one who took the time to open up the controller and troubleshoot the wiring to replicate the intermittent problems.

This is the kind of competence we should demand from equipment dealers and mechanics. I wish I would have bought the unit from Jim last year instead of going somewhere else to save a couple hundred bucks....
