The absolute worst customer service. Misplaced our order. When they realized their mistake they won't admit it. Kept saying someone will call me back. Prior to sending the new slings I spoke to Samantha saying I would need new end caps and bolts. She said they were $1.00 each for caps, I gave her a credit card. She said she wasn't going to charge me for shipping. This was end of June! After multiple calls I received 9 caps in brown and a few bolts, Why brown, I have new white slings and needed 24. Again, many calls to Samantha, she's out of the office, office is closing for a week, manager Trina is in a meeting with the boss will call you back. Last call was Friday August 16th, someone will call you back. How many calls/emails does it take for customer service to do their job. Oh, and their shipping costs are outrageous. Here I'm thinking it must be coming in a special size box due to the size of the chaise slings. Wrong, regular square box with the slings folded and folded. I had to lay out in the sun to get the wrinkles out. I wish there was a way not to even...

What a great experience working with Suncoast. We are fortunate that the office/factory is a short drive from Naples. We met with Jessica and she spent many hours working with us over the course of several weeks to answer questions, give details, measurements and assist in selecting furniture & fabrics for our large community project. We couldn't have done it without her assistance. She was very friendly and professional through out the entire process. They were timely in delivering furniture and setting up for us. Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their product and not assist when you have issues. We purchased several outdoor sling chairs. A screw on the seat of one of the chairs completely broke. So the chair cannot be used since the seat wont support a person. The solder on the side the chair makes it impossible to put a new screw and bolt in. We called the company and they said they don't warranty the screw that they used to put their chair together and told me to find and pay someone to drill out the solder. They told us to email someone else at the company which we did. No response from anyone. We now have a...
