I decided to try this place out cause I had see the reviews and their Instagram. I came for the first time a while back and I loved it! The young lady understood what I wanted and she recognize how I was trying to grow them back from previous mishaps. Mind you I get my brows done like once a year cause I'm so traumatized. I try to get them done just so I can get some shape cause they become so untamed. I went again but I didnt find the girl and I decided to try it anyways since they're so highly spoken of and their motto seems to understand that not everyone has the same shape, thus you should embrace your natural brow. I HATED it. I had full thick brow sand she reduced them too thin lines. It looks like I drew them on. There is nothing natural looking about my brow. She took so much from the bottom and top and trimmed it excessively. I told her I wasn't satisfied and she tried to play it off by telling me they looked perfect and that they were not thin. She said it was my fault because I should ask for a full arch. Yeah you can't put the hair back once you remove it. She wasn't really listening to what I was telling her and she was just trying to justify herself but repeating it was fine and perfect. If it was fine I wouldn't be speaking up, I dont need you to try to convince me that everything is okay. I also had brought someone with me and same thing. Brows completely reduced to almost nothing. You can't tell me something is still thick when I am a person who has bushy brows. Obviously levels of thickness is different per person depending on how hairy they are. SO...

I can proudly say that I’ve been Fatimas customer for over 6 years ! I couldn’t have been more proud when I saw she opened up her own threading salon. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Magie thread my eyebrows & she does an amazing job as well. Not only are they both one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met but they both take their time in perfecting the shape of my eyebrows! They’re both personable & listen to their clients requests. I’ve never had a bad experience. Not only do they prefect your eyebrows but they also offer waxing services & I LOVE it !! I was very nervous & embarrassed to get a Brazilian wax for the first time but Magie did an amazing job of expanding everything in detail. She was very professional & made feel comfortable. I also get my under arms waxed & I don’t experience any pain. Her gentle touch comes naturally.

Fatima does an amazing job on keeping her threading salon clean & I was amazed on how well they have adjusted to meet the new regulations during this pandemic to keep their clients safe! I appreciate their work.

Hands down, the best place to get your eyebrows threaded. I’ve been seen Fatima for years and I never go to anyone else. She knows exactly what shape your eyebrows should be and does such a clean beautiful job that when I fill in with some eyebrow pencil afterwards, I get so many compliments on how nice my eyebrows look. I recently came in and tried waxing my arms for the first time and I wish I would have done it sooner in my life. She uses the best quality wax on the market, a chocolate wax! It smells so divine and didn’t hurt at all. I’m sure everyone is different and could have more sensitivity, but I felt fine afterwards. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is a positive and beautiful soul who treats everyone with the utmost respect. Back in the day, she used to get asked by name for her eyebrow mastery and I used to wait for a short time in the waiting room and she truly cared about everyone she would give her services to.
