I really thought I would be a returning customer of this store. I bought 2 hats from them that I loved and was looking forward to buying a third. However, I have decided I no longer can support a store that I feel who actively ignores questions from their customers. I was really trying to give them a lot of grace because I knew they are a small business. But after the 5th or 6th time of just asking for about a month when a hat would be in stock through different methods of communication without no response, I give up. To me, it felt that they didn't care and I'm done.
All I wanted to know was when a hat would be back in stock because I thought I miss the restock. A simple "oh we're not sure anymore" would have sufficed because it would at least been a response but all I got...

   Read moreTripped and nearly fell over the shop employee’s dog’s leash. The whimpering, screeching, loud barking dog who apparently needed a 10 foot leash strewn about the entrance. Luckily when I tripped I was able to brace myself. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and would have landed on my belly. Poor shopping experience on what should have been a peaceful day.
