Super Smoke Depot — Local services in San Clemente

Update 4/2/20: This is only about the cigar humidor and selection: I’ve been stopping in once in a while to see if anything was changing. I like the location and the selection has always been good. Then, a couple months ago things seemed to have changed. Was giving it a couple months to see how long this would last, but the humidor is well taken care of and the desert dry settings in the past are gone. Good selection of cigars and I like the people who work there and beyond the weird clientele checking out various bongs, good local business.

Review from 2018: Been a long time customer for cigars. Last owners more concerned with cigars. Good walk in humidor that is set drier than the SoCal air. Bad. Have good selection of cigars but are all dry sticks. I buy when I have 2-3 weeks before I want to smoke, I put in my humidor at home. People are friendly. I came in and waited my turn and was greeted with rudeness saying i need to ask when im ready and proceeded to be agressive to me after i apologized if maybe i wasnt loud enough when saying i was ready. Ive been coming in once a week for the past two years and had the most absolutely horrible experience in customer service ive ever had, the dark haired womans manners or customer service skills (if u can call them that) were so outlandish its truly appalling , i cannot believe the rudeness i encountered. Everyone else has been cool. Not sure how many times i can come in and be harrassed and talked down to but that will most likely be my last trip in. If u go here and see her i suggest you just go...

Walked in tonight to get a disposable vape for my wife and I. Wife asked me to take the 1.5 year old with me… upon checking out the cashier gave me $10 off my purchase because I had my daughter with me and it must have impacted him (I assume he is the owner). It was this act of kindness that will keep me coming back and recommending people. Thank you for this!

On a side note… this place has everything you need in the world of smoke/vape/tobacco. I love local and have gone here in the past and have always had a great experience with the staff.
