Debbie at the Mission Valley store is awesome. After getting the runaround at Home Depot Lowe's and even a person or two at Armstrong's I ran into Debbie. This woman is dedicated to help her customers find the right solutions for their problems without trying to up-sell them or sell them something that she doesn't knowwill work. If she doesn't know the answer she will definitely find it for you. I usually don't write these things but I wanted other people to know that there is hope there with Debbie give her a try you'll be really happy you did. Thanks for your help today Debbie I appreciate it most of all I appreciate your honesty and your smile and patience...

I would have given this review 5 stars alone for the atmosphere and wide selection, but I was dismissed early on by an employee who gave me a one word answer and no alternatives to my question. I ended up not finding what I was looking for and did not purchase anything during my visit. However, the rest of the staff seemed pleasant! In any case, they take very good care of their plants and have a huge variety of them for their location. With all of this in mind, and a much better interaction with a staff member later on, I think this location earned a 3/3.5 star review. I'm very new to gardening, and expect to revisit with the hope to have a better experience...

I went there recently with my son and granddaughter to find plants that attract butterflies. Michael was so helpful showing us around. My grandbaby loved getting her hands wet in the fountains. On our way out we checked out the chairs and baby sat in a few and did not want to get up from it. But what was amazing she really took a liking to Michael, first time going to a stranger, and she wanted to be held by him and not her daddy. I added pictures for Michael to see. Great place and with the great customer service, I won't go anywhere else plus they have classes and other events there that I will now receive invitation since I signed up...
