I have been consistently going to Skyn Alchemy for about 6 months now for facials as well as using the products my esthetician Clarissa recommends. I have seen such a huge difference in my skin! I have struggled with acne as a teen but also as an adult. For several years just up until a few months ago, I was getting very deep-pitted pimples and a lot of random breakouts. Since starting my skin care regime with Skin Better products recommended by Clarissa and getting monthly Hydrafacials, I have seen an enormous difference in my skin. My skin is visibly brighter and I have far less breakouts than I did before. knock on wood but I haven’t had any deep pitted pimples in a looong time! Since February, I’ve been doing Hydrafacials with Clarissa but this month (June) I tried out the Geneo X facial and my oh my, was that amazing! My first time doing the Geneo facial was also the first time I got dermaplaned and Clarissa was very gentle with my skin and did a type of Geneo facial that wouldn’t irritate my skin since it was my first time. Clarissa as well as all the wonderful ladies who work here are very knowledgeable about all the facials & skincare products they offer as well as dietary and environmental changes you can make to help you achieve the beautiful skin you want. I have learned a lot from these ladies just by following them on social media as they’re always teaching their clients new tips and tricks to make your skin beautiful! The new location of the spa is so wonderful. It is centrally located in La Jolla and easy to find. It is a clean and beautiful spa. I absolutely love getting comfy in their heated facial chairs and enjoying my facial. It is my monthly therapy session with Clarissa, as I like to call it! Skyn Alchemy is the only spot you will get the REAL and best HydraFacial experience in the San Diego area. I researched and spent hours visiting the websites of San Diego facial spots and read the descriptions of service and the equipment before I made up my mind, and here are more reasons after my visit!

Five-Start Premium service at a reasonable price and a royal-like facial experience without breaking the bank.

Clarissa is one of the best aestheticians. She is very professional and makes you comfortable and relaxed when she swings her beauty wand or massages magic serums on your face.

Before you ask, and as a customer, we always want to know….. They do not upsell!! Clarissa shared the ideal interval for the skincare routine and which treatment will give me the most value. (Unlike some, they may “hypnotize” you to always go for the most expensive treatment and visit more often than your skin can handle… )

Alright…. now comes a not-so-rosy part. You do need to plan for parking because it’s in La Jolla. Skyn Alchemy will email you where you can find the free parking nearby in advance and color those streets on a map to make it a little easier.
