Costco Food Court — Restaurant in San Diego

It seems like the racist attitude of employees that check your receipt at the door has made it's way to the food court. I ordered two new cookies and a slice of Pizza. I was excited to see that the cookies just came out the oven. They are hot!! They called my number and the guy putting my order together grabbed the old cookies that had been sitting from the last batch. I asked if he could give me two hot cookies. He looks at me and says they are all the same...he said it with such hate and Anger. I simply wanted hot cookies. He didn't have to talk to me that way. He rolled his eyes at me and snatched two hot cookies and my slice of Pizza and slammed them on the counter at me. Really!!! Next white customer comes up annnnnd he is nice to them. I have also notice when I order a whole pzza...they ask for my receipt and ask me for my phone number. White customer come up give their name and walk away. Sooooo tell me what this whats the difference. Oh I know....White customers are treated better than Black and Brown customers. Read the other reviews. I called and spoke to a manager about my treatment....he said...Your the only one that's complaining. I said, have you read the other reviews? He ignored what I said. That's right..COSTCO...ignores different racist treatment of it's customers by it's...

The employees were great, this review is about the food, particularly their new cold turkey sandwich. When they say cold, they mean it, because the bread might as well have been FROZEN. So hard and cold. Like why not toast it or keep the bread near the warmer so it has the texture of actual bread? I had to remove one of the pieces of bread and eat it open face so my mouth didn’t become the Sahara desert! The Mayo mustard spread left a disgusting aftertaste and the turkey tasted like water?? Been shopping here for years but employees have gotten extremely rude and service has gotten bad. Just one of many examples of late has been closing food orders over half an hour before close despite costco saying they are supposed to accept orders up until close. I walk up to the window and say sorry I don't have an order only to get an exhausted sigh from the person. When I tried to politely ask why I couldn't order I was only yelled at and told they had too many orders, no apology, no attempt to reason with me, just told I should have been earlier.
