I am so thrilled with my diamond ring. Many years ago my diamond engagement ring lost one of the tiny marquee diamonds. I did not have the money to repair for some time. My cousin took it to “her guy in the LA diamond district “ who did the repairs. But the ring left my finger black. I put it in a bag until I found a jewelry store I could trust. This is the place. I have known the owner for 30+ years and I trust her and her daughter. I described my taste and with some questions and examples in a catalog we found that perfect low profile setting I always wanted. I was surprised at how quickly she could locate what I was describing in her catalog. My diamond was reset with a very secure prong setting, and I know it is timeless now. I also brought in a charm bracelet and a necklace chain that both needed new clasps. Both now look as good as new, and she bought the broken clasps for gold. I am so excited to wear my jewelry again this holiday season. It was such a pleasure to browse, so I know I will be returning in the future for something beautiful for future gifting. My mom was in town for a week and she had some broken chain and bracelets but her wedding ring of 60 plus years had a stone fall off. She lives in an area where there are not many choices of jewlers around so I said bring your things and let's see if Enhancery can fix your items before you fly back across country. Her husband my dad passed away a few months ago so she was very much emotional about getting the wedding ring fix and back in time. The staff at Enhancery where very sympathetic, supportive and professional about helping and explaining the value of the jewelry and the things they would suggest and recommend. They put a rush on the request and got everything back before my mom needed to go back home. The staff we so amazing with there service all the while helping out 3 to 4 other customers without making anyone feel like there concern was not the most important issue to address. Wonderful customer service and care. And as someone concerned about my mom they handled all her questions professional and completely understandable to her emotional feelings. Added bonus we were also able to sell some broken items/piece for offsetting cost. Mom wishes she lived closer to Enhancery but at the same time knows she would be there often buying...

I couldn't be happier with my experience at enhancery jewelers. Everyone I worked with was friendly, honest and knowledgeable, which made me feel confident when it came to resizing my engagement ring and wedding band. My rings were not purchased at this store but they still went above and beyond to help me. They were completely upfront with me that due to the style of my ring there was a chance they wouldn't be able to resize it to the proper size without compromising the integrity of the ring, and that they would consult with their professionas first. In the end they were able to successfully resize both my rings and did a fabulous job. I couldn't be happier. After such a great experience here we came back to purchase a wedding band for my fiance. Again, a wonderful experience. They had a great selection of rings and were able to really explain to us the details and pros and cons of every ring. We found the one in less than 30 minutes. This is the kind of place I love to find. All the sales associates have incredible customer service, their turn around time is fast and their prices are very fair.
