BIG, BIG, BIG shoutout to Gringas Tacos! Everything was so wonderful that I don't even know what to highlight first - the food, the service/friendly staff or the fun ambiance they bring to the party!!! The food (tacos, rice, beans, chips, salsa, toppings) was unbelievable. Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly! The mouth-watering tacos are made-to-order and served hot, right off the grill - yes, please! The service was outstanding. Carlos was fantastic to work with. Very communicative and unbelievably accommodating. He answered every call/text in a timely manner. He and his staff arrived on site with plenty of time to set up/prep before guests started arriving. They were very friendly and super professional. Lastly, the ambiance they created was So. Much. Fun. There are endless options when it comes to catering a meal and nothing is more boring than the traditional buffet line complete with room temperature food that's been sitting in those chafing dishes for hours, right?! We had an event for daughter’s 21st birthday party for about 80-100 people and looking for a taquero style caterer. Gringas Tacos & Catering was highly recommended by several friends who also utilized them for their corporate events. Receiving a quote was easy and I had to make a few changes, so I called and spoke to JC who took the info… and was very professional and provided quick responses to any questions or changes I made …they also offer complimentary churros if you book within 24-48 hours of receiving the quote. When they arrived, their team of 3 was so quick and organized to set up and greeted everyone with a smile, they were so awesome and personable. The food, carne asada, chicken, rice beans, freshly made guacamole and churros was all very delicious. Many of our guests complimented the food, which also made for a successful and fun party. I was hopeful since they have such great reviews on Yelp but unfortunately, this didn't work out for me. Terrible customer service, reached out for a quote and received one and had a few questions to go back and forth on and couldn't receive responses for days.

I've called the number attached to their business/email so many times and not once have they picked up. I've left multiple voicemails, never received one call back.

When I was ready to move forward, they sent me a different invoice at a higher price point and then I asked if they could honor the original invoice they sent me and they never responded.

Overall, really bad customer service, would not recommend booking them for anything and even if you tried, you probably wouldn't be able to get...
