The absolute best burgers, fries, and shakes! Great secret menu items. My go to secret menu choices at every In-N-Out location are: 1.) 4x4: medium rare, animal style, protein style, extra tomato, and whole grilled onion. 2.) 3x3, medium rare, animal style, extra tomato, and whole grilled onion. 3.) Extra crispy fries. Love their chocolate shakes too. Unlike other fast food restaurants that use frozen processed potato fries, they make their French fries from fresh whole potatoes as you watch. Every ingredient is super fresh and naturally tastes great, with no need to add fillers and artificial flavor chemicals like the mega fast food chains. The employees are super friendly and eager to help in any way they can. The restaurants are always spotless. Update: Got a double-double, medium rare, animal style, extra tomato, and whole grilled onion. Regular fries this time. Both were excellent as usual. I recommend coming inside instead of waiting in the super long drive through line. I was 2nd in line to order and had my meal in less than 10 minutes. This was on a Friday at noon. Update: Went on a Saturday at 2pm, dining inside. There was a long drive through line outside, but no line inside. We had our food in less than 10 minutes! We got 1.) 3x3: extra toasted bun, extra tomatoes, whole grilled onion, animal style, medium rare. 2.) Hamburger: extra toasted bun, extra tomatoes, whole grilled onion, animal style. 3.) Two orders of fries, well done. 4.) Chocolate shake. Update: Got a double-double and a hamburger, both with extra tomatoes, whole grilled onion, extra toasted bun, animal style. Plus 2 orders of well done fries. Excellent as usual! Fast super...
Read moreI visited this location in the morning approximately 15 minutes after opening time and I will give them some credit as they had a large order come in immediately. However, they only had one register open and they put a guy on the register that was new at least and potentially his first day. Only after I spent ~25-30 minutes in line and was nearing the front did they open a second register with a girl that seemingly knew exactly what she was doing. She was efficient enough that she was able to get two orders through while the seemingly "new guy" was still unfinished with my order which was only a double double meal plain. After this fiasco I figured I had seen the light at the end of the tunnel, but after about 15 minutes of waiting and seeing the "large order" completed I noticed that they began to call orders that were placed after mine. I proceeded to the counter and politely asked what the status of my order was considering its simple construction. The employee responded, "we're waiting on fries for your order" I then responded, "didn't the previous 2-3 orders that were placed after mine sent out with fries as well?" I was extremely annoyed at this point and received my order approximately 2-3 minutes later. In conclusion, it took approximately 50-52 minutes for me to order and receive my food. This is probably the poorest In-N-Out Burger I have visited and I will certainly avoid visiting here...
Read moreLet me start of be saying, I’m a fan of In-n-out and usually have amazing service. This time it was horrible and ridiculous, which is why I had to write about it.
Normally, I go through the drive thru (maybe why I always get good service), but I decided to go inside since the parking lot was empty and the drive thru was packed.
When I entered, there was only five people eating and no one in line. I ordered my food and the wait began. I waited for 15min and the gentleman who order 10min after me got his food. I asked an employee where my food was since he ordered after me and they replied “it’s coming right up”.
I waited another 5min (20min total now) and another employee asked if I need help (because I’ve been standing there for so long) and I said I’m still waiting for my food. She looks at the counter, looks back at me and says “you’re food is sitting on the counter”. I replied, “can you give it me?” She replies, “It’s waiting on the fries”. She then proceeded to wait another few minutes until another employee got fries for it and then she handed it to me.
I only ordered a #2, nothing out of the norm, nothing crazy. This was unacceptable and ridiculous customer service. In-n-out needs...
