I could not recommend this place more. I need more stars to give them. Earl Grey cupcake: AMAZING! Yuzu cupcake: AMAZING! Turon cupcake: AMAZING! And all the sponges are so light and fluffy and delicate, the flavors are all so pronounces and delicious. Also got the cream puff which one of these workers said that they had helped to develop!!!!! OMG, must try and give her a raise. Finally for pastries, also got the ube and calamansi cheesecakes…. Buy out the stock when you see them. The filling is so soft and delicious, the tart shell is so buttery. Again, I need more stars to give them. I was sent here to have my first matcha experience and that did not disappoint either. We got the black sesame matcha with oat milk: DROOOOOLLLL my mouth is watering just remembering it. I fear matcha was ruined for me by how good this was. My friend said what made it so good was they whisk it up by hand. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! The food was enough to make me come back but that doesn’t even wrap up the full experience. The staff was so kind and doesn’t give that generic customer service so many other places offer. Again, raises! You get a raise and you get a raise! I will be back so many more times and will be telling everyone I know that this place is a must must must. Please support them, please enjoy their delicious offerings. So excited that Flour Atelier is now open! We went on a Saturday afternoon and loved the welcome sign out front! Such a cute touch with the fresh flowers! Inside the shop is super pretty and welcoming! First thing my kids noticed when we entered was the fresh flower bar, where they were able to make their own little bouquets to buy and take home. One of the shop owners Evelyn, even stepped over to help them pick their flowers which was so nice of her! They had a line, but the line moved so quick! Their pastries to choose from were gorgeous, vibrant, and in delicious flavors that we were excited to try! My kids even mentioned that they could smell the yumminess through the glass! I wasn’t able to get a picture of our drinks because my kids and I drank them so quick, but their drinks are as pretty as their desserts, and taste amazing too! I’ve never been a Matcha fan, but I couldn’t help but want to try, and I’m so glad I did! I’ll only be ordering my Matcha Lattes from them! Loved that they had a viewing window to see them baking because we were able to see the other owner Selly in her element making cakes! She’s the sweetest too because she even came out to say hello! Visited this cute bakery during their soft open. Happened to be walking by in the strip mall at the time and Princess Zelda, our American Akita, decided she wanted to walk in and see what was going on. I don’t eat a lot of sweets but I love bakeries and I love to buy dessert for the sugar hounds in my life. We strolled in and the display was excellent. Everything looked spectacular! All of the staff were fun and friendly and fell in love with Princess Zelda on the spot. Several people came out of the kitchen/prep area to meet her and they had freshly made doggy treats on hand which Zelda appreciated. I bought several things including chocolate chip cookies which I did eat and from family and friends who ate the other delectables everything was delicious.
