Was here on July 13, 2017 at around 20:30 with 3 of my friends. One of us ordered a poke burrito, while the rest of us ordered the Large bowl. I am amazed at everything that this place has to offer. Let me tell you straight up why I give them a 5 star. They tell you on the board how to order step by step. The best thing I like about their menu is the simple layout and you can say EVERYTHING. 5 scoops of fish is quite generous for the price of about $12. I said I want everything for steps 2 and 5. I said everything, but wasabi which I regret and will get to that in a moment. The cashier and the people who helped with our order were very patient. I like the service here. Even though we took our sweet time because it was our first time to this poke joint. I had one of my friends select how much to tip. Normally I would have probably tipped $1 at most per person just because it is not exactly a sit down and have them service me, but he hit 18%. I agree that we liked the service and the food too. If I had the receipt still, I would have a pic, but I remember it was $57.57 for the 4 of us with 18% tip. Unfortunately as of this writing, the credit card has not finished processing my bill so I am not sure but I think it would be around $70. I shall keep my receipts next time. Anyways, this is not a sit down restaurant service where you have waiters, but we tipped pretty good because we liked the service. The tables can get packed. I drop by this area all the time without going in because of the nearby Bookoff and Mitsuwa. It is always busy. Parking is also hard to find during peak hours especially Friday evenings and Saturdays. Sometimes, it is much easier to park at the street than to search for a parking spot or if you are cool like me who can walk at least 100m, park even farther and power walk here. The food here is amazing. If you order with everything, blend it in very well. Like mix it and then eat it. Everything on my bowl taste fresh and good. I was surprised that my friend told me the wasabi here is not the spicy wasabi that they serve you at a generic restaurant. The wasabi taste is suppose to be light and while there is some spice to it, the taste is not instantaneous strong. Did I say I got full? Nah I lied, I was close to being full, but I had room for dessert, but one of my friends had a left over. I wanted to eat it too, but I was still working on my food. Even though it looks a tad bit less than what I eat at home (we are talking about the large bowl that I bought), it fills me up fast (must be the brown rice). So, you would be surprised if you eat here that you may get full fast. Pricing, I think this place is cheaper than some poke joints that I went to. I had been to places that had 3 scoops for as high as $13 or 14 before taxes. Not to mention the large bowl here is LARGE. So, I think this is one of the cheaper poke joints that I have been to and is going to be my favorite poke place to eat. They have water cups here, it is self serve. I am so happy I do not have to ask for it. All the utensils are set up neat and nicely on the drinking fountain area. Restroom was clean when I used it. Just thought I would put a note about that. Tables are hard to find during peak hours though, we felt bad for this one gentlemen who was looking for a table to eat so since we were pretty much done, I told my friends to go so he can have a table to eat. The hours of operation here: they open until 22:00 (10pm) and for Friday and Saturday night until 23:00 (11pm). I like that they open that late. I have to mention that because it was a Thursday night and most places that we wanted to go eat were about to be closing (most restaurants like to close at 21:00 (9pm)) so I am happy this place opens past 21:00. TL;DR: This place has great poke, at a great price with excellent customer service, and clean restroom. Everything here is good, menu laid out well, with clean restroom and...

Read moreI order from this location in the past and I have never had a problem. I made a pickup order at this location last night 12-09-22. I ordered 2 regular bowls and when I went to pick up the order there was nothing really in the cup, I barley had rice in the bowl and the topping were light as well, you could see right through the rice to the bottom of the bowl. I went in the establishment and asked them isnât it suppose to be filled to the top of the bowl and they gave the explanation of you didnât order that many topping so itâs not that high, mind you I always get the same thing and my bowl has never been this light and I always have enough left over to eat some later. I told the three girls that were working Iâm talking about the rice itâs barely anything in the bowl to begin with. One of the girls had an attitude when I asked about the bowl being so light with barley anything in. I will not be returning to this location, I will find another...
