All I know is I got the best spiral perm in 1986 By Albert Banuelos and he has done nothing but get better over time. Some people are born hair magicians , he is one of them. I’ve had a few trims here and there since but I live in NYC and he’s in demand all over the US so our schedules collide 😏. If you are thinking of a new do trust me catch him if you can !!!
