I've been seeing Elisa for about seven years and her facials are truly top notch. She is so knowledgeable about skin and the products that she uses. I have always appreciated that she would walk you through the process, let you ask questions and always have a means of communicating when procedures or treatments became uncomfortable. She is incredibly talented, dedicated and passionate about what she does. I trust her completely with my skin. This trust became all the more important with COVID. I am in awe of the amount of efforts that she has made to maintain a safe and clean, yet relaxing environment. You would not think that sterility procedures that could rival a hospital surgical suite would be welcoming, but Elisa just has that ability to do both. Starting with pre-facial COVID checklists, and continuing with on-site activities like temperature monitoring, full PPE (mask, drape, face shield, gloves, scrubs and then a whole separate, full face respirator during the treatment) worn by her and her staff, UV lights to sterilize all surfaces and extra time to clean between clients as well as revised policies during the facials (wearing your mask up until the facial starts, no talking once the facial begins, having the aesthetician leave the room when your face is being steamed and receiving a new disposable mask to wear out) and an upgraded air filtration system... the thoughtfulness and dedication that Elisa shows with her facials is evident in everything she does for her business. Her overwhelming attention to detail regarding the safety of her clients and staff is exceptional. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was. I can't wait to schedule my next...

I have been coming to Elisa since February 2019 and cannot recommend coming here highly enough. Elisa's kindness, professionalism, humor, thoughtfulness, and of course her passion and expertise REALLY set her apart and I trust her wholeheartedly with my skin. I have PCOS and that dreaded jawline acne. Since seeing Elisa it's been more "in check" than ever and my skin overall is radiant, clear, youthful, glowy, and hydrated. She has, as she promised years ago, helped me find the right products for my skin and has NEVER pushed a product on me. I do buy from her now because I trust her, but she has never ever pressured me to get anything--she just had the good stuff! I enjoy my visits here so immensely. The studio is gorgeous and peaceful. The decor is absolutely stunning. I feel cared for and pampered and always am so glad I came in. I do come in every 6-8 weeks for a microderm facial and absolutely am hooked. My skin has never looked better and I've noticed a marked improvement under Elisa's holistic care. She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and respectful of my needs and skin goals and is just the loveliest person. It also must be said that she was an absolute champion managing the impact of COVID. She always considered the health and safety of her staff and clients and went ALL OUT to ensure the HVAC, studio spaces, EVERYTHING is as top notch as possible to ensure we am be safe. She also protected the jobs of her staff during a time of massive layoffs. She is basically an angel and I love her.

I absolutely love this place, and even more specifically my esthetician Mallory! I have been coming here for a few years now, and every single visit has been extremely thorough. Everything is curated for your skin type and addresses your concerns. They don’t just bring you in, do your facial and send you home, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re on the path to clear radiant skin. From the moment you arrive they will go into depth about your concerns and goals and will even go through your home care routine and all the ingredients in the products you’re currently using and then adjust your home care routine so that it is better suited for you. When they adjust your home care routine they will offer a more budget friendly option (drugstore etc) and some higher end facial products (which in my opinion aren’t that huge a price jump from drugstore anyways). And if they think a different facial service is better suited for you they will also recommend it for you instead. The entire team has always been personable, honest, and thorough.
