I wanted to love this place since it’s close and should be easy to fit in my schedule and I love Pilates. Unfortunately it seems they oversold their memberships. It’s near impossible to get into a class (they are all booked). Even days in advance they will be fully booked with no waitlist spots either. When you do get into class there are so few parking spots that parking is a whole other issue. PB streets are hard enough to only have a few reserved spots. When these issues arise, nobody answers the phone and there’s no way to notify of these issues in a timely manner like you can at other studios. Most of their reformers are uneven and feel unsafe while doing standing moves. Another issue I’ve found, their booking app doesn’t let you know when you’ve reached your class limit (cancels and no-shows both deduct your paid class pack) and charges you without giving pay confirmation at the time of booking $25 each class you go over. Very disappointed and hoping they let me out of this contract. It’s a bummer because the teachers are very kind and do great instruction, but the policies are unfair and customer support not good either. I signed up for the new member unlimited month deal at this studio and I’m loving it. The studio is bright and has great music (at the perfect volume), and there’s always street parking. The energy is positive, the merch is cute, and everyone is genuinely nice.

When I got pregnant I wasn’t sure what my workout routine might look like. I’m happy to say that I took classes 3-5 days a week my whole pregnancy! I attended classes until the day before I went into labor! The instructors were great at helping with modifications. Special shout out to Ali and Sofia and all the 5:40 classes.
The instructors were sure to keep me safe with body mechanics and if I actually felt like I was in better shape than before I became pregnant!
