Called to make an appointment as it was my first time at this location. The lady over the phone asked me what I needed to have done and I informed her I only needed to get a fill for acrylics. When I arrived, there was a young male with blonde highlights who came over to assist me and I told him I needed to get two nails replaced as they had broken. He then looked at my nails and told me that he would need to give me a whole new set because the other ones were "too chipped" (they weren't). From my past experiences, when the top corners of an acrylic nail are chipped, they usually shave down the tip anyway, so I did not understand why he was insisting that he couldn't do it. (As he was shaving the top of my old gel polish off he also kept hitting my cuticles with the nail tool.) I believe he was probably not experienced enough to know how to fix a broken or chipped nail. Because I didn't agree to get a new full set done, he rolled his eyes, stopped working on my nails, and simply walked away as he said something to his coworker in Vietnamese. A nice lady (I'm guessing with a lot more experience) then came by after and fixed my broken nails and easily got the job done. It was upsetting to ask for a simple service to be done and for someone to argue with you, be rude, and tell you otherwise. Sadly, I probably won't be returning because of this. On to...

Very sweet people! felt like that was the only thing they have going for their business i came here to try something new also they are closer to me . Shout out to the lady who did my toes that was the only thing right . First the guy doing my nails leaves halfway through the owner comes in and hes yelling at people to get to work and help me .second It takes 20 mins for someone to come and say something to me which is fine i can be patient but i wouldve liked if i was told by the original guy he had to leave . Lastly i wasnt happy with my nails the guy who originally did them laid them on thiiiiicccckkkk . I really didnt like them and let her know in a polite way just simply theyre not me can we change them ? She told me to come back in a week and shell change them . I gave them a chance i wish TERRY wouldve helped me and corrected this but instead i got taken advantage of and pressured into liking my nails by Terry . Will not be going back. I had a Gel manicure and pedicure yesterday and Julie did a fantastic job. She gave me the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had and she is very good at nail art as well! The salon has changed ownership a year ago. The massage chairs are the best as well! My back was hurting from a long walk at the farmers market in the heat and after using the massage chair, I felt great.
