I have thick, short hair with several cowlicks that have always made it challenging to cut, & require an ample amount of spike gel or equivalent to keep the back of my head from looking like a propeller. I've had a number of conscientious stylists over the years, but each time it was if they were cutting my hair for the first time. There was no consistency to the outcome until I was referred to Judy. The first haircut she gave me was exactly the way I wanted it, & has remained so about 40 clips later. The difference in how she cuts my hair has also eliminated the need to use any kind of gel except, at times, a small amount of non-greasy hair cream around the tamed propeller. Judy owns the salon. She loves what she does, & it's reflected in the appreciation of her clients, & her commitment to a seven-day work week in order to accommodate those of us with difficulty scheduling appointments with most stylists who work Tuesday or Wednesday...

So, I had an appointment at 12:30 and got there around 12:05 and had an appointment with Judy, she was finishing up a client when I got there, and by 12:35 I was sitting in the chair and ready to start, I loved how punctual she was. I will attach a photo of the reference I gave her as well as the before and after. She was really fast, I asked for a balayage and haircut and was out of there around 3:30, I have a lot of hair but she was very fast and efficient as well as very talkative. Judy is very knowledgeable, she wanted to do what I asked for but at the same time told me what the best option was in order to keep my hair healthy and looking nice, I really appreciated her advice and I am really happy with the results, she was great explaining the process, what she was doing and why. I appreciated her so much, thanks again.

Read moreJudy is very rude and doesn’t treat his new clients right. I bought a Groupon for Keratin treatment with Judy and it was based on the high rating that this place has received. It took two weeks to her back from her after multiple calls and voice messages. On my appointment day, I called her and told her I was going to be late but when I arrived she told me she can’t treat me. I thought it was my fault for being late even thought I mentioned to her on the phone and she said “take your time”. Then she wouldn’t schedule me for another day or weekends, she was trying to just give me a hard time for no reason.
