I recently started taking workout classes at P3 and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each movement with care and clear instructions. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, everything was super accessible and easy to follow.
I always leave the classes feeling relaxed, stronger, and surprisingly energized. The vibe in the room is calm and welcoming, with just the right balance between challenge and comfort.
I have attended chair classes, reformer classes, HIIT classes, yoga classes and had a performance assisted stretch appointment. All of these I highly recommend. This studio has great instructor's who really care.

Read moreI was nervous to start Pilates. I hadn’t had a workout routine since the birth of my son and was very out of shape. I knew very little about Pilates but lots of friends kept recommending it to me. I started out with two private lessons to get acclimated with the equipment and learn the basics. Every single instructor at P3 has been so welcoming. I have felt encouraged and supported in every class. The group classes are small which allows for personalized help.
