Update: Changing my rating due to being contacted same day about my experience, ensured staff would be spoken to about what happened and issued a refund same day. Looking forward to trying this place out again.

This was the first time trying this place and we most likely won't return. They mixed up our two drinks and handed me the "Hulk" and then a minute later, when our other smoothie was ready, she informed me that was actually the "Matcha". My matcha 'smoothie' was very watery and seemed to be lacking in quantity. I asked if it had the 2 scoops of whey protein, one of which I paid extra for. She said yeah, "the more protien you add, the more watery it gets" and I just took my loss and left after hearing that. If that was true, why did you need to tell your coworker that my smoothie looked too watery, in Spanish? Seemed there was no effort to fix it when you noticed there was an issue. It tasted like coconut water was used and not almond milk. I dont believe there was any whey protein in my drink at all, too thin and I tasted only coconut and matcha. My partner's drink looked like an actual smoothie and was very thick, heavy, and had the quantity a $14 drink should be. He did enjoy it but, was upset that my drink was lacking in every way for the the price we paid. I really...

This place, from the beginning, was overpriced. I found out this morning that now -that the business is blooming with people there all the time-, their prices went up, I will never go there again, ever!!. The juices and the combination of ingredients are ok, but theses juices ARE NOT even ORGANIC, for that price, this is pure greediness. I did the calculations, and I am so much better off buying my own juice extractor, making at home, buying my own ingredients, fresh, ORGANIC and for a 7th of the price. Unreal! Outstanding juice and outstanding people at the foot of Cowles Mtn. I love everything they make, and if they make that rare mistake, they will make the item again, no questions asked! I love that service!

The Great Greens juice deserves credit for helping me drop 70lbs. during the pandemic, and the Green Glow smoothie keeps my sweet tooth satisfied while helping keep me on my weight loss journey(I like to add vanilla protein and extra kale to that one).

I appreciate you guys putting up with my poor quality phone signal when I call. I know it's noisy in there, and you always do your best to hear me clearly. Keep up...
