Primos Mexican Food — Restaurant in San Diego

Have been going to this place once or twice a week for about 2 years, their Monster breakfast burrito is amazing (when they dont go skimpy on it). This morning as per usual went through the drive through and ordered the Monster Breakfast burrito, when I ordered she said "OK" did not repeat my order, I drove to the window and paid and went to work. With my first bite I found that i did not get what I ordered. Ok, this happens from time to time so I called. I was given attitude by the gal that answered the phone saying that I ordered a California breakfast burrito in drive through and that is what they gave me. I told her I ordered the Monster and she argued with me saying that the California is what I paid for......I dont eat Carne Asada EVER why would I order something I wont eat???? She said I could bring it back now and she will replace it, well problem there, I am at work and cannot leave so I am out $7 and have a burrito I cannot eat. WILL NEVER GO BACK. They should have repeated my order, they should be like any other customer oriented place that messes up and replace it period, even if I cant go back right this minute. I’ve tried this place twice because I wanted to give them another chance to win my business. This is the closest taco shop near me in San Carlos however I will drive farther out to go somewhere better. I ordered the roll tacos and asked if they could add sour cream & I paid extra. When I got home and unwrapped the foil I was disturbed by what I saw. The roll tacos only had a watered down version of guacamole. No cheese, no pico, no sour cream, and worst of all no lettuce! The tacos themselves tasted like they had been frozen. My question is how can someone mess up roll tacos? They are very simple and if your a taco shop you should have them down to perfection. For anyone looking for good Mexican food near this area I recommend Crack Taco off Mission Gorge. The owner at Crack Taco uses organic ingredients and makes his own tortillas and salsa from scratch. Extremely over priced for what I ordered. I paid $15 for a junior burrito and had to tip on a drive-through which I found really odd so 18.50 out the door. I won’t be returning to this place, because I think the price is extremely overpriced for the portion. Spending almost $20 on one burrito you think I’d at least get some chips or some thing on the side nope not a damn thing just the burrito. The burrito was good. I got a burrito that was a decent size. The meat was flavorful, and the fillings were generous, but the flavor was lacking tasted like the beans were out of a can. The meat was good. The enchilada sauce tasted like flour. The sauces were just mediocre. Super disappointing because this place is in my neighborhood and I would love to love it but I really can’t recommend.
