Although I believe I already posted this, it was like a normal Target like the other ones I've been to except for attached to the mall. If you park on the target side you don't have to walk through the mall that's nice if you are handicapped or need assistance to enter the store. Everything was fairly well stocked and the customer service was friendly and helpful even though my only issue was that when I had questions regarding things from other departments the employees did not seem to know exactly where they were in the store. That would have been helpful so I did not need to walk back and forth across the entire store three times to find the thing I needed and to find that they did not carry it even lol. Anyhow they still tried... E for effort right? Anyhow, like I said standard Target environment with a food court upstairs in case you get a hankering for something while shopping and you cannot find it in the store. I have to go back this week I will swing through again to see what it's like. Always something pops out that you might need. I guess the other thing would be maybe why is the target at the mall? Not near the mall. Usually malls are pretty crazy around the holidays aside from this whole covid deal and I would hate to be running to Target just to get one little gallon of milk the day before Christmas at the mall if you know what I'm saying! Peace out all and good luck...
Read moreGreat mini target! I see a lot of people complaining about the same three issues. 1-bad parking It’s a small target so yes, not as many parking spots. You got about 30 spots in the back and another 30 the street over in the other lot. BUT take into consideration…this is a neighborhood target. Not like mission, Point Loma, convoy or any Westfield mall target. Anyone’s welcome but it’s really for the people who live in WALKING distance…or those at nearby restaurants. So parking isn’t a concern for its main clientele. 2-small selection Yea it’s a small target where you can walk from one side to the other in under 30 seconds. They fit only the necessities and a small selection of all other things. Tbh they hold a lot more than one would think for a store that small and they were really able to include a good selection of every type of good. Beauty, electronics, pets, bathroom and shower, home goods, games, kitchen, grocery, clothing, medicine and drinks. 3-workers Idk. I’ve never had a problem. Maybe you got a mean employee, or on a bad day for them, or maybe it’s you. Who knows
I find it easy to shop at. I don’t have to stroll around a giant target looking at useless things I don’t need. This has every basic necessity condensed making it quicker and better...
Read moreMarketing Flub! This is Target location has tons of potential. The store is a good size and located in a great neighborhood. Other than that, this Target store completely misses the mark.
Why is the majority of the store groceries? Why can’t I order online and have it shipped to this location? Why can’t the staff ever find my orders once they arrive in-store? If customers hit obstacles just trying to purchase and receive orders and the staff is somewhat clueless then, what’s the point of a neighborhood Target?
Get rid of the grocery store elemental; this neighborhood doesn’t need another one of those. That space is better used for essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, toothpaste, etc. You’ll sell more and get more customers through the door. If nothing else, expand your in-store inventory. It’s inconvenient to go all the way upstairs just to realize whatever you’re looking for is out-of-stock, available but at a different, larger Target location, or simply doesn’t ring up at the self-service checkout...ugh! Lastly, expand your online shopping to allow for more items to be shipped to this store for FREE instead of forcing shoppers to visit several locations just to complete one...
