I absolutely love this slice of heaven. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The product selection allows for me to feel confident that I’m putting top notch, quality ingredients on my skin. I’ve had both a facial and make-up session here as well and couldn’t be more pleased with the service, recommendations, and outcomes.

Cheyenne for my facial was amazing. She took her time to understand my skin challenges and tailored my facial to address my needs. She helped me formulate an action plan for tackling my ongoing redness with gentle items that work well with my sensitive skin. Highly recommend!

I also returned a couple weeks later for a makeup session with Enrique. Enrique is an absolute gem and makeup wizard! I have been struggling to find the products that not only work well with my skin, but also are a light lift routine for a busy momma. He helped educate me on skin care essentials in prepping my skin for application and shared all the tips and tricks to give me the look I was going for. I booked this session because my skin changed quite a bit post pregnancy and I was feeling lost, and his guidance, patience, and kind nature made me feel confident and secure in a new routine with my evolved skin.

I came in last Friday 7/14. I didn't write down this young ladies' name but every time I've passed by this past week I have not seen her to thank her! As a straight man, "in his 30s" entering a space that isn't normally (at least from my angle) very welcoming, or approachable to me she allowed me to be vulnerable and admit I know nothing about skin care routines and I've tried before but drop them fast, but the way she took the time to make sure i knew how everything worked made me feel so great and what's so amazing about this girl is that later on I found out she was supposed to clock out before I came in! And STILL she took the time to help me and talk to me, I get it... it's her job and yes you just have to do your job regardless but nowhere does it state you have to do a great job with your last customer when you're tired and ready to go home but that's what she did! This whole week I've been takin care of myself every night and wow has my face/neck never felt more refreshed and healthy! I’ve been shopping at Shop Good I think since it opened? 2017 or 2018. It still brings me to North Park regularly even though I moved to the ‘burbs 5 years ago. This is also how long I’ve been using primarily Botnia for my skincare routine. At the time I had been trying all kinds of different stuff and facials in a desperate attempt to soothe a mixture of almost painfully flaky skin around my nose and mouth, as well as tiny bumps and inflammation across my cheeks and forehead, before my wedding. When Leah recommended Botnia to me, I’m telling you that Gentle Cleanser changed my ENTIRE skin type (life, really, not to be dramatic) and all that irritation has been gone ever since. There is really no going wrong picking a product at Shop Good. I know everything is thoughtfully and intentionally chosen, with a “clean beauty” baseline you can trust that just makes shopping so much fun. And dangerous.
