Had the most annoying and irritating experience. Came in at exactly 9:20pm where these two very young girls were running the counter. One had a "Muse" sweatshirt on and another had light colored hair and makeup. I came with my aunt and my sister where my aunt happily got helped with no issues right away. As it was mine and my sisters turn, this small family of two girls and one mom came right behind us in line as they should. I was called to the counter by the girl in the sweatshirt where she cut off mid sentence to say hi to the girls behind us. They ended up chatting it up and she ended up taking her order and dedicated all her attention to them. She was friends with the whole family who came in front of us while I was LITERALLY right in front of the flavors. She ended up completely ignoring my sister and she got upset and stormed off. Already off the bat I'm FRUSTRATED because my sister really wanted ice cream just for some little girl to be too focused on chatting up and prioritizing her friends than her job. I was fine for a bit because I get it, I have a job and sometimes I myself unfortunately get caught up when my friends come in, but I know my friends understand I'm at work and so do I to say "hey I'll get to you right now let me get to them first" but no. What's even worse as that as the girl went to make the first ice cream, the OTHER girl with the light hair saw me and decided to address "hi what can I get you" again, still right in front of the flavors, while the family got right besides me and ended up being there. So I finally said "can I get a cheesecake in a-" and she cut me off and decided to start talking to the girls right next to me as well asking all their orders. Now I'm frustrated. I've already been waiting for 6 almost 10 mins to be exact and I was completely ignored. My family is already annoyed by these workers ignoring me and I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I was wrong and both girls ended up taking that entire family order and she ended up taking them to the front where they passed me. I didn't want to wait any longer because they were taking a while making the ice cream. That's not anyone's fault I understand the ice cream takes a bit but that time on top of me being ignored 3 times by two different people is horrible. Never coming to this location and really hope some management talks to these workers so not another family who is more vocal than me ends up...

First of all the Saturn location is terrible very little seating, there was a corner broken off of the glass case. I wonder which lucky customer got that surprise? Also there was graffiti etched into the chrome and even the Glass. Are you kidding me, I've never see this anywhere other than public restrooms, and public transportation. Onto the employees, not a very lively bunch. It was kinda like we were bothering them by ordering. There were three young ladies working technically only two while one was trying to avoid the line that was starting to form. The other two were assisting the same customer! After we finally got our ice cream (we were only second in line) my 9yo son wanted to leave the tip. I figured what the hell at least we get a song out of the deal. Well I was wrong, no song for us. When my wife asked about the tip song they said oh do you want us to sing? She said I thought that was what you guys do. They said well it's not required but if you want one we can sing you one. If we didn't want one would we have even asked? With that attitude we should have said okay let's hear it. But we just wanted to leave at this point. After we got home I checked the website and THEY ARE REQUIRED TO SING. it's part of the deal. The company says it makes them different from the competition. Well this location is definitely different. These employees really hate their jobs...
Read moreSo there's one girl at the counter doing walk ins and phone orders. She did have the decency to say sorry for the wait, but the little blond comes out the back...no name since ppl dont believe in wearing name tags....she went in the bathroom then came out. I'm hoping she washed her hands. I ordered my ice cream, but told her I have a peanut allergy. Knowing that, instead of getting fresh ingredients from the back, she grabs my toppings from the common area - which is against their protocol. When I ask her what is she doing, she cops an attitude and tells me, "do you want me to get your stuff from the back? Fine I'll change it but I used clean utensil ". After waiting 15 minutes I'm past pissed at this point. Cold stone should rethink her employment...she is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Now had she gave me peanuts by accident my family would be upset. I prolly won't...
