This place needs to be investigated and I'm going to call regional because every time I go there's a problem. This is my fourth time there and I will not go back. One, customer service skills need to be taught there's no smile how are you there's a very negative vibe they don't want to help customers they just stare at you sometimes ignore you. It's the manager is rude she's a big hefty Mexican lady and she is not a good manager she needs to teach everyone customer skills and she could use one too. I've seen her bring out bags of food to her car at the closing and when I went in before 10:30 to get my rice I got very hard rice when she probably took home the very good rice she probably just made fresh. My husband and I spent 20 bucks on two bowls very hard rice could not eat it it ended up in my trash when I was starving I know it's 10:00 but still it should be fresh. I'm also very happy with the cleanliness in the restaurant. Tables are never wiped down on the floor and looks dirty this place needs to be investigated. Read moreOrdered my food from GrubHub for pick up. My food was ready and the employee asked to see my confirmation from GrubHub so I show her my phone. Not sure what the process is for them to update the status for pick up but they clearly didn’t update it because my food was ready to go behind the counter. She continues to tell me I need a confirmation and I ask her to show me where it’s at because I didn’t see it other than what I saw in the app. I showed her the receipt on the phone, the text I received after ordering and I arrived way passed the time it was expected to be ready. I’m getting annoyed because the paper receipt on the bag matched the one on my phone. It got to the point to where I pulled out my drivers license. Read moreSome of the female staff are rude and ignorant. I've arrived to pick up an order, she does not understand English or she is not properly trained, whatever the case is, she asks order number? I say I don't have an order number I have a name for an order I'm going to pick up. And she continues to say you need an order number and I say No I don't, you just need my order name. Long story short she was rude and some of her co-workers too. One advice please learn basic English and be respectful. I used to pick up orders as a partner and I used to eat as a customer.
