I came here because I needed a surge protector to replace two power strips for my new TV. I started my search on Amazon, then checked Walmart, and thought, what about Willy's? Their prices are very competitive to the aforementioned places, so I am glad I got my surge protector here. Last time I went to Willy's they were located over by Complex Drive. Their new location seems to suit them better, and luckily Google maps knows how to help you navigate from the main street, through the parking lot, to their location. I was in complete awe, many items I have been shopping for lately are all right here in Willy's. Everyone was very friendly, and everyone kept asking me if I needed help finding anything. That is good personal service that you just don't find anywhere else. Think of this place like Radio Shack but on steroids. They even have a huge selection of rack mount items, which is pretty much unheard of (that I know of) around here. I was also shocked that they carry several different POE switches (some of which are rack mount) and much of the Ubiquiti line of wired and wireless products. Avoid the shipping hassle and wait, and buy direct...

When a customer asks for a product, you help the customer locate said product , that was not the case when I came in. No assistance or ability to locate product on your catalog instead your workers mainly the men , said to me : “ what you see on aisle 22 is what we got “!!

How unprofessional is that.

Again business is a good company unfortunately just a bad staff besides the women...
