All my life I've been intrigued & inspired by martial arts movies, but never pursued a martial arts journey of my own until my 7 year old daughter (who was 6 at the time) joined this Wing Chun school. The principles & concepts the instructors were able to pass on to the youth in the class were easy enough for them to comprehend at their age level and how my daughter was able to immediately apply a lot of the instruction blew me away.

After a few weeks my wife and I decided to also join the school as we launched ourselves into their 12 week Boot Camp. Although the many Wing Chun principles that were passed down from a very long lineage, even before IP Man himself, are simple doesn't mean they are easy to do. Hard work and a willingness to learn are required if you truly want to be a Wing Chun practitioner. I'm happy to report after being an official student of Sifu Sung Choi for almost a year now my martial arts journey has been fulfilling and joyful.

Wing Chun will never be mastered in a person's lifetime, but the ongoing journey to master oneself and to pass on the lineage are essential as we continue to breathe life into our families and communities. Being here puts a big smile on my face. Watching others climb and level up is a great feeling that I've yet to figure out how to describe. I feel at home here. I learn so much and apply some of that knowledge and philosophy into my own version of leadership when I return to work.
