I visited the boba shop last year before the move and it was an amazing experience! And the new location is even better! The vibe of the whole place is so cute and fun, and the staff is amazing. Jules is so attentive and friendly. And this is just the place, the drinks are also amazing! They have such fun themes, and taste delicious. I have tried boba shops all across San Diego and LA. Nothing has hit the spot quite like BizBaz Boba. As someone who suffers from anxiety and going out to social places, I feel so safe and seen here. I know that I can come here, get my favorite boba, and feel supported by the owner Jules. Me and my boyfriend stopped at this cute little shop since we are always trying new boba places. When we got to the door it said closed but Izzy opened for us. Her customer service was on point.
