Teriyaki House — Restaurant in San Fernando

I took my nephew for a quick lunch, it was a really nice place until a manager came on duty. We had large portions and wanted to pack it up and when I asked for to go containers she gave me one. Between 2 people with tempura sushi and saucy teriyaki with rice. I don’t like getting my stuff soaked in sauce so I asked for a few more. She said that she would have to charge me 1$ per piece. And the thing is you can buy container in bulks for 10 dollars for 100plus price so at any bulk store. It was a scam and the way she went about it was really poor customer service she came over to the table to assess how much food we had left and if we deserved the containers. I was mortified to be alienated in public and assessed if I was worth giving containers too. I asked if they charge 1$ per container if I had ordered take out instead of staying inside to eat. She didn’t respond. Honestly it seems really inconsequential that I’d be upset over some containers. But to see them so freely handed out to everyone who wasn’t Black really concerned me. She tried to make up for it once she assessed we spent enough money and had enough left overs to give 2 more containers to. I apologized to my nephew that we were experiencing low key racism and having someone decide if we were worth the containers. $7 for Spicy SEAFOOD ramen had NO seafood in it! But it did come with two (2) shimp! So then call it shrimp ramen!!!! It isn't seafood ramen. They also have three postings that say " Mask must be worn when entering" and "Mask must be worn while inside this establishment" None of which was enforced. While the owner sat at a table and said nothing to those that walked in. I get it! Your trying to recover whatever revenue that was lost; but....where is your concern for other customers that are "masked" when they enter? You can chose your poison! I don't care if the "girl" at the register isn't "nice" So are a lot of the customers that come in and make it hard on staff. I want what I went for Lunch....

Horrible service. I ordered a teriyaki roll. #30 in thr description it says "in teriyaki chicken" when my plate came it was a sushi roll with crabmeat inside it and the teriyaki chicken on the side. As someone who is allergic to shell fish I based my choice on the description on the menu. When I asked the man who took my order about it he argued that this is how it's made there and to not pay attention to the menu and don't believe the pictures. He makes the rules there is another thing he kept saying in an angry tone. He offered a refund but then walked away and ignored me when I asked for it. This is not the right way to treat customers.
