Quaint hipster Latin cafe in San Fernando promenade. It’s a coffee shop w mid century look where folks come to play board games, work, have study sessions or hangout amidst the chill vibes. Never thought I would find this kind of café in the middle of a heavily Latino cultured street where you find stores for quinceñeras abound. We didn’t want Starbucks so came here instead and were super happy we did. We had coffee, wine, and their charcuterie board that were all EXCELLENT. This is the kind of coffee shop that existed when I was younger that was a staple back then. So glad it’s making a comeback.

Damn it was 5 stars if they are dog friendly. Brought laptop to do work and paid 2hs parking spot to find out they don’t allow dog inside. Sure they said dog is allowed outside, but like they only have 2 tiny seats available outside not even nice setting with 90 degree outside. I like their atmosphere and concept of coffee and wine together but we as pet owner would be happier if they accept dog inside ( I know it’s regulations or whatever they city rules but some places are more chill about it )

Such a cute little place. The Apple almond toast & Berry Almond toast were delicious (not too sweet). The Pistachio Burrata Sandwich was delicious too, fresh with good flavor. The Cafe con Miel was a nice size & not too sweet (I asked for it less sweet). Portions are medium size but sharable & everything was fresh. Prices are fair. It's clean with cozy but stylish decor. There's a mix of tables, sofas, bar type seating. There's parking on the street or in the back lot.

Setup-wise, this is probably the best coffee place I've ever been to; cosy yet bright, welcoming and comfortable. Lots of spots for an individual to get out a laptop or for groups to relax together. I strongly recommend it for a social cuppa. However, I should really give four stars because a: unbelievably, no decaf option and b: the music is surprisingly loud. This isn't so bad when they're playing chilled out stuff but, even with noise cancelling air pods in, they often play vigorous stuff at a volume level that, for a coffee shop, is just... weird. I came in around 5pm on a weeknight (I'm aware they open until 10 on the weekends and serve booze too so the volume would be normal then) The staff were so welcoming and the design of the place is so good that I can't bring myself to take a star off but guys, geez... turn the frickin' music down.

Maybe I'm getting old, but in a place where people come to chat or work, the volume of the music is kinda baffling. And get...

Disappointed. This location was open according to Google web search & the Online ordering showed Open on local Toast app. Placed an order (total near $30) then when driving to this location it was barred closed. If the business is closed for holiday hours why was the Online ordering available & why did it take my money? Who forgot to do their job there? Now whoever decided to issue a Refund for my check, I have to wait for Monday when banks open for it to clear. Do better Bodevi, no wonder yall hours are all...
