WaBa Grill — Restaurant in San Fernando

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I did an online order and arrived when my food was supposed to be ready. Waited patiently by the online order pick up area. Didn't get acknowledged. Then I noticed that they were only calling out dine-in orders. Online orders were just sitting behind the register. Not in a place where you can look for your order and take it. It had to be handed to you.

Finally I ask on the status of my order and was told it was almost ready. Another customer came in picking up from GrubHub. He asks about his order and was told to hold on....then no one ever got back to him. Mind you, there was an online order just sitting there.

I waited about 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I looked over the counter and saw my order. I literally has to reach over the counter to get my order. Then I noticed I had no utensils. Went to the counter and asked for a fork. I was told that everything should be in the bag. I literally had to take out my bowl and napkin... not napkins...but napkin. I only had one, in order for them to believe that i didn't have a fork. In case you're wondering, there weren't any stations that had utensils, napkins or condiments that you could grab freely. You have to ask for everything at the counter.

The GrubHub guy asked again about his order and turns out it was the order that had been sitting there all along. Will not be returning to...

My girlfriend and I stopped by here after going to Home Depot. She really like their Salmon Veggie Bowl and has been craving it for a while. So when we were at Home Depot I told her to call and place our orders so it would be quicker for us. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. They weren't really busy and dine-in is closed due to covid. They also had a notice that they won't have any coins because of the shortage and that mask is required. We didn't have to wait long when we went in to pay for our food. Basically by the time we got to the cashier and paid, the food was done. I thought my dish was okay but my girlfriend really loved her Salmon Bowl. Since this place is in a big plaza you will never have an issue...

I hate to be one to write a bad review but I have to … First of all, I ordered the Sweet and spicy chicken I used to work at Waba Grill so I know the right way to cook the sweet and spicy chicken is with the sauce on the grill … not just throw the sauce on top of the chicken that already has Waba sauce…. Pretty lazy if you ask me. And it’s not like they were busy… Second of all, I was gonna take my second bite into the salad, and there was a cockroach in it I told the person that was at the cash register and all he said was oh wow I asked for a refund and yes, I got my refund but not once Did they say I’m so sorry About having bugs in our food… pretty disgusting And bad...
