Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Every time I come here the lettuce never looks fresh and is wilting away. I went in today and Carla made my sandwich. She had a rude attitude. She would ask me a question and interrupt my answer with another question. She almost threw my sandwich into the oven when I didn’t want it warmed and I had to ask her to stop. She didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich warmed (I prefer a cold sandwich). When my boyfriend got his sandwich warmed it still had 5 seconds left on it to toast when they interrupted it and pulled it too soon. They pulled it early just to move the other person in line along. His sandwich was under toasted. When they folded and cut his sandwich half his sandwich filling fell out. The manager came out to ring us up and was not friendly. Just walked in to order 6 sandwiches. There were two men and one lady working. The men were patient when taking my long order but the lady was rude and gave me attitude. She kept jumping in to ask me about a sandwich WHILE one guy was helping me with another sandwich. All of my sandwiches had American and Swiss cheese so when she asked what kind of cheese I wanted on a sandwich, I said American and she put pepper jack. I told her it was supposed to be American and she gave me attitude. She said, “you said pepper jack.” She made a face and took the cheese off with attitude and threw it away with so much sass. I would put her name on here but her name wasn’t on her name tag. She also kept rushing me to tell her what I wanted on the sandwiches! During the lunch rush there is a very big line, but they keep it moving very quickly. I tried to use my Android to pay but it was not successful. This seems to be a problem with most Subways but my Android pay always work at McDonald's and other places. One thing I really dislike about Subways is that they do not have restrooms.
