As someone who works in fast food, I understand how stressful the job can be, and I donāt leave negative reviews lightly. But my experience today was frustrating and disappointing.
We went through the drive-thru with no cars ahead of us or behind us. The employee taking our order seemed irritated from the start, giving us unprofessional responses. At the window, we asked for sauces. He didnāt respond, just nodded and told us to wait in front.
We had two separate orders (one mobile), and after a long wait, only one was brought out. We had to remind them about the second, which had clearly been forgotten. When the second bag finally came, we realized they had forgotten the sauces entirely so we had to ask again. Even then, we were given too few sauces for three meals.
To make it worse, we got home to find our sandwiches had pickles, even though we clearly asked for no pickles, and the employee acknowledged that during the order. And they werenāt just missed, the sandwiches were overloaded with them, and it completely ruined the taste of mine.
I understand mistakes happen, but when customers are polite and patient, they deserve at least basic courtesy and attention to detail. This experience fell short, and I hope the staff takes this feedback seriously....
