I won't lie- this pains me to give a bad review because the shop is great, but being scammed out of money really irks me. I placed an order online, got an order confirmation email, and then... nothing. They were quick to charge my credit card and then never sent my order, never answer the phones, and have never responded to the multiple messages I have sent via their website. 10/3/23- since I just got a response from the shop I will confirm that I did finally receive the order after I wrote the original review, over 5 weeks after I placed it on 11/16/21. Great spot to duck into and explore while walking Valencia Street -- be sure to read all of the signs and open the drawers for some hidden surprises and many jokes. There's a "fish theatre" as well -- exactly what it sounds like!
