I went to this branch as a non chase customer to cash my check. Teller never counted the cash being returned to me as I was on the phone. And it never occurred to me to check till the following morning. I came up short and spoke with the manager. The manager backs up there employees to the fullest as she closed my case and explained chase had reviewed the case and checked all the 7 cameras and stated she had my contact info etc. but never was I once contacted by the manager until I had to go back again and she said she was going to re open it supposedly. I guess I will never know, never received “the letter”. Let me guess… because I had transferred money from a foreign account? My own money? Really? No one explains anything to you. Chase as a company I do not like any more then BoA, Wells, or the rest of the ilk.... but the people that work at this branch, are very nice and considerate.
