Jamba — Restaurant in San Francisco

Slow service compared to other times I've been to Jamba.

Edit: Didn't think corporate would be looking at this, so here's some context. I got into the store around 1pm on November 5th, and there appeared to be 3 people on staff. 1 looked like he was new and in training, and the one appeared to be teaching them about something related to where the dumpster was, and this whole time I waited in line, and there was 3 people in the store waiting, while they fussed over where the dumpster was, and maybe 5 minutes into waiting the lead looked over and said "Hey we'll be with you in a bit".

There was a 3rd staff member in the store, and he was off in the back, working on some other chores and didn't offer to help, so I have to assume it's maybe because he didn't have a cash register.

After orders were taken for everyone in line, it didn't seem like anyone was working on our drinks, and I didn't get my smoothie for about 10 minutes. So an entire visit to Jamba took about 20 minutes, and they served a total of...

06/22/24 we went there around 12pm 1-they didn't have the juice machine working 2-we were waiting for 2 juices for exactly 1 hour We were standing there watching everyone get their orders even the ones who ordered after us, we asked exactly 3 times for our order and they just told us “Sorry for the wait, your order is coming soon” it was a bad experience, the staff skipped our order. And there were more customers upset because they had been waiting 30 minutes for a juice. When we tried to ask for our money back the girl told us “Here is your order give me a few minutes” and we still had to wait another 10 minutes We told the girl who was serving us again that 7 people had already come and our order was not there, she just said "uuuuhhh that's bad" that is not a correct response for a customer, this was one of the worst experiences Horrible...

Good morning America November 4, 2024, I came to Jamba Juice today because I really needed an açaí, I promised this to my girlfriend, I grabbed two, and I'm taking them to her. And Tony is formidable. Excellent professional. I felt like I was at a six-star resort. This guy deserves a raise without a doubt. This is the best juice, fruit and natural food house in the neighborhood. I felt totally friendly and comfortable here. Then a lady came behind him, who also worked there and she asked Tony twice if he needed help, or if he needed any support. He was totally focused and grateful, smiling, and didn't need it. In short, he solved all my desires. He made a perfect Assaí! This is very delicious and it's beautiful to look at. I haven't opened it yet. I'm contemplating it with my eyes. Thankfully Tony.
