I have had the pleasure of working with Angela on getting my refi closing documents notarized a few months back. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, while going over and explaining the paperwork to me and my wife. We struck up short conversations throughout the process, and that’s when I discovered Angela had a vast knowledge of the real estate industry overall. I actually felt inspired to meet someone that was so seasoned and well-rounded in the space I was growing passionate about, which made me more motivated than ever to study and learn as much as possible. Looking back I don’t think she knew that she made an impact on me at that time. Maybe it was a bit of me asking the right questions, but it was also a lot of Angela’s willingness to share information with me.

Hello, Here's my two cents regarding Angela and AMA Property Management. I've always managed my own rental properties but when the tenant of my property in the Ingleside area of SF recently became vacant I decided to hire a professional management firm this time around. After interviewing a few firms and checking references I retained Angela and her company to manage my very nice just enovated 1917 working man's cottage. I've found her to be a good listener, able to assess the current rental market, and in possession of excellent follow up skills.
