I went to print out a few pages on the self service printer. On one of the pages I accidently printed it in color but it didn't come out as a color page, though I was charged for it.
I get in line and wait for 20minutes. No problem there because the employee, Rio, was by himself and working hard I might add. I finally go up and mention to him that I had accidently printed a page in color though it didn't come out in color. Is it possible to have the funds for the color print refunded to my card?
He then pulls out his wallet and tosses over a dollar bill at me saying that he doesn't have time to do a refund. I decline the dollar and walk away. The money wasn't the problem, obviously. It was just the principle of a machine not working properly and getting my money back from the company.
I did not appreciate Rio tossing over some dollar from his pocket as if it was a quick fix. I hope to receive the service that everyone else received next time. You're at work so you have time for customer service as long as you're clocked in. I hope he thinks it...

The staff was very friendly helping me with the door and showing me how to pack the items appropriately without potential damage. Paul Keith answered all my questions and took care of my package promptly. He also patiently explained how the process works so I can have some expectations on how to track the package and when to contact the receivers. Paul and his team went extra miles to help me with my request. I've never had such good experience else where while shipping a package. I'm very appreciate of all the help Paul and his team delivered and how them put the customers as their top priority. I will definitely return to this Fedex location for future shipping...
