I want to thank the people who were so helpful in lending me their key to the restroom in 600 Harrison when I needed it.
They told me the directions to the restroom inside 600 Harrison but when I followed them, I came to several unmarked doors, and elevator cove and a conference room.
When I approached the Asian elderly man at the reception desk I asked him which door was the restroom, apparently I was a terrible interruption to his day.
He swore at me, growled incomprehensibly and pointed in the direction I had come. I told him I could not see any marked doors for restrooms, they all looked like closets, elevator doors to other floors and a conference room entrance.
He did not even let me finish, swore, taking the Lord's Name in vain, and began berating me as if I were a fool who could not find his way out of a paper bag.
I did not wait for any further verbal abuse from this very clearly very disturbed person and left the building.
I returned the keys to the Cafe owners, thanking them for the use of the restroom key, and explained in detail why I no longer needed it.
They looked upon me in shock and the nice lady apologized and crossed herself, saying she would call the management about this abuse.
As far as I am concerned, 600 Harrison is cursed, and the man who has no respect for people or goodness in his heart to help people in a civilized manner as necessary in professional society, ought to be fired forthwith.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wouldāve given this place 5 stars just for the sandwich. But itās the genuine kindness and courtesy of the personnel that makes this place truly special.
I was admittedly skeptical of the āTop Ratedā status when I found it on Google Maps. It was in an unassuming location, and when I walked by seemed like an unassuming sandwich shop. But in the end, the sandwich was made from high quality ingredients and was very well prepared. I had already made up my mind that the sourdough roll option I chose was going to yield some Safeway nonsense, but no - it was a fresh SF sourdough with a soft interior and a crunchy crust. And that was just the outside of the sandwich. Come experience it for yourself. I promise the service and sandos...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is family owned by the sweetest people you could ever come across. I was there probably for about 15 minutes and each person I saw came in was treated like family. Reem, Mikey, and Helen were some of the most loving and down to earth people I have had the pleasure of meeting.
The best part is their sandwiches are huge and delicious, especially their bread! I got the Ace on Sourdough and the crust was crunchy, the bread was soft and had the perfect chew.
For me, it doesn't get any better than delicious food and good people. I'm glad I decided to drop by and I'll make my way to them every...
