South Park is probably one of the most underrated park in the city. Well, it's hard to say if it's an actual park or just very wide street gardens in a neighborhood with cute short houses. It reminds me of the urban landscape in Europe. Sunny, quiet, but never lacks liveliness.
Sadly the bench on which Kate Blanchett had her amazing monologue in her Oscar-winning role in Blue Jasmine is gone after renovation, but the new playground is very nice. It's a small one so kids won't go crazy jumping up and down so everyone can have a piece of peacefulness here.
