Worst manicure of my life and I’m writing this just to warn others - DO NOT COME HERE! I honestly wonder if the nail tech had any type of training or certification as my gel manicure ended up looking worse than something I could have done myself. Not to mention the fact that she cut me and drew blood and neither apologized nor did she sanitize the wound with alcohol. The end result was a gloopy and messy manicure that was overly thick, I had nail polish smeared on my fingers and a thick glob of the top coat cured in the side of my nail/my skin. I had decently long nails when I came here, I asked for almond shape and recover short stubby club looking nails, none of which match each other. The work that she did was so shoddy that the thumbnail began to lift later that same afternoon. It’s dimly lit in this place so I didn’t realize how bad of a job she had done until I left but I was genuinely shocked. To add insult to injury this was $60 which is more than other salons in the area that are capable of doing a neat and uniform looking manicure. Truly questionable place and I don’t trust the professionalism or sanitation given that they didn’t even sanitize the wound that they gave me. Avoid at all costs!!

I had high expectations because walking in, I was greeted super politely and they had a great selection of beverages. There isn’t a large polish selection but I was able to find a color I liked. I have very short nails and completely understand that they can be hard to paint so I won’t judge the awful polish job done (the polish was covering my cuticles and the sides of my nails) but I’ve never been to a place where the whole manicure was so rushed and my cuticles were so under treated. When they were using the cuticle pusher, it barely touched my nail. It’s been an hour or so and my polish is already lifting. If you have pristine nails and just need a polish touchup, this might be an okay place for you but otherwise, I would avoid this place.

Really disappointed. Came in last week to get my nails done for a wedding and this is the state less than a week later and they're gels. It's a shame because the woman who did my toes was lovely. The guy who did my hands though, sloppy and gaslight me that the color would look less anemic in the sun and that a 3rd coat wasn't needed. Maybe if it had just been that I'd be less upset but the polish wasn't cleaned off from my skin, cuticles a mess, and I had to file down a couple of my nails when I got home because they were snagging and not even filed smooth. Don't know how this is supposed to be a $60 manicure and checking the site looks like I was even overcharged by $10 :'(

My first time here I chose the highest level pedicure ($60) and left with a very painful open sore on my heel that took 3 weeks to heal. The employee scrubbed the same spot and only stopped when I told him it was hurting. I came back to show the manager and he said I needed "healing ointment from Walgreens", and he would reimburse me if I brought him a receipt, but refused to refund my money. He did offer to give me a free service the next time I came in, which I settled for, with no note or physical receipt of our conversation.

Weeks later I came in for the free service, the basic pedicure, (which was half the price of my original service) and not to my surprise was rushed with no time spent on my heels, which were my only reason for coming. At this visit, the employees and "shift-manager" were passive aggressive with me and made me...
