I've been wanting to check Local Take out when I first saw it a few months back. I finally had the chance to during one of the federal holidays that just passed. It's a cute store with lots of great local products. The two women who worked there were really nice. They had a meeting with a local vendor, so I didn't want to interrupt when I had a question. One of them came up to me to ask how I was doing. I asked if they had a medium of a shirt I wanted in the back, and she got it right away. She could've said she would be right with me after the meeting, or she could've ignored me. But she took care of me right away and I appreciate that.

Great for gift shopping; gift recipients will hopefully feel joyed to receive the type San Francisco goods most tourists don’t have.
When public transport is back to it, it’s easily accessible via the F train and, any which goes to the Castro Muni station (not even a block away).
