I couldn’t believe what happened…my technicien was in hurry to leave at close so she decided to put a gel nail polish finish on my regular nail polish pedicure (I didn’t want gel because I can never remove it) She messed up the entire thing and try to cover up, we both ended up staying much longer in the end. My toes were numb from the overload of gel nail polish and it looks like crap as the polish starts far from the beginning of the nail I threw my money out of the window and im stuck with an ugly pedicure. I also read afterwards that mixing regular polish with gel polish isn’t good for the nail especially if the first one isn’t completely dry which would take about 10h! I've been going to this place, most of the time the service is good even though they don't have variety of colors. The nail spa's owner is a bit rough, so if you take on her as a manicurist, she will color your cuticles and leave your fingers very dry. She is always active and concerned about what is going on with the clients, which is excellent, but it is also detrimental for the customers with whom she works individually.
