Initially loved this place, met the managers they educated me on how they took feedback from there other dispensaries and birthed Moe Greens. From the first visit I admit I was impressed. To the point that I decided to come back again the very next day. On that second visit I encountered a dab tender who interigated a man ( who he at the time didn’t know was a vendor for a company they sold there) about his dabs and where he got them from. Immediately I recognized his tone and was a little suspicious. It seemed a little aggressive for a customer that just walked in. The man educates the dab tender on who he is and legs him know it’s product from his company.
The dabtender then relaxes and says oh sorry I didn’t recognize you and allows him to proceed. I figure maybe it’s a fluke, not everyone is perfect. Then today. I go in to relax and meditate on my lunch break. I pull out a hint from my dispensary because of course I’m going to smoke my own weed that I got an employee discount with. Immediately a man approached me asking me where I got my marijuana from and says we cannot smoke anything that isn’t from moe greens in here. I say ok (I understand as this is a common theme of their establishment, btw my dispensary doesn’t force you to buy something to come in and feel comfortable) He escorts me to the counter saying “you have to make a purchase to use the lounge you can buy something”
Me also being someone who works in the industry I completely understand. They wanna make money and they want to protect people. But is this aggressive Brut force really necessary. Is this the environment that I want to represent an industry that I love so much? I even politely gave my feedback to the managers who were standing outside and I was me again with this very masculine aggressive this is what we do here take it or leave it response. No regard for the consumer and colleague expressing their experience in front of their own establishment. I loved this place but now I wish I didn’t have such a dirty taste in my mouth. I hope that you have a better experience. Make sure you buy something or watch out for the bouncers.
P.S. for anyone who wants to say I was being cheap and didn’t want to buy soemethjng from them. I literally just bought dabs from them the other day that I stil have I just forgot them when I walked over threre. If I was met with more warmth and compassion I would have no problem supporting their business. But after that bullying attempt, I’d rather give it to a dispensary that makes me...

Yesterday, Thursday, 01/02/2025 @ around 3 pm, I stopped into Moe Greens Dispensary & Lounge to inquire about purchasing items to help me sleep & deal with lower back pain. I am glad that I did, as I have been ordering products online, & now I have a GREAT RESOURCE just a couple blocks from my place.
B4 purchasing my items, I stopped in just to inquire about them. I was heading off to an appointment. Abraham - the MG'sD&L customer intake person was incredibly professional & courteously answered all my questions. NICE! When I did come back - Robert was at the customer service intake counter. He was professional & friendly.
Finally, the MG'sD&L sales counter person - please excuse as I forgot his first name, although his service is why I was prompted to immediately post this '5 Star Review." Great & knowledgeable, professional, & thoughtful MG'sD&L main counter salesperson.

I’ve always been greeted with authenticity & the vibe has a productive service personality & they’ve been able maximize every engagement with me when visit. It boils down to what I value in a dispensary. I value their diversity, easy going attitudes, and I factor in how I am treated by the staff hella tough. I stick with Moe Greens not only for the awesome neighborhood discount they afford me but because their security staff are NEVER off putting! Can’t tell you how much it turns me off when I walk up to a dispensary and the guys at the front have negative body language more than they wish to be positive. I am happy with the selection of flower they procure and the ease of access to their menu online helps me make up my mind before I walk over. I am guilty of being that customer … you know that dude Mr. indecisive. Thank you for giving me good customer service and thank you for not being condescending. YOU guys make me feel valued and I’m proud to be a loyal customer since day 1 the doors opened years ago.
