Was excited to visit this place. It was a Tuesday morning around 9am. There was no line, so we thought we could enjoy our coffee via dine-in. There was only one barista, and based on some of the advertisement, it appears they prioritize mobile orders vs. dining in. A group of 6 people came in waiting on a mobile order that must have been placed around the same time we arrived. It took at least 20 minutes to get our drinks. We tried the Ube Panna Latte, Cortado and Ube White Chocolate Pixlcat Butter Mochi. I could barely taste the ube flavor in the latte, but the mochi was pretty good. He was on break and I waited outside as I saw patrons staring at me thinking I was trying to break in or something. The neighborhood is full of houseless individuals and drug use. Once I was let in the store he made it clear he still had 2 min left on break and walked away.
The mochi cakes are to die for and despite his attitude and lack of mercy for the last two minutes of his break when a female customer is waiting outside in not the safest surroundings... The young barista also prepared a bad ass...

It was then filled all the way to the tip top of the cup so when I tried to pick up the cup, it spilled over and burned my hand. The Tiger cat tasted off as if the syrup had burned brown sugar instead of a carmelized brown sugar. The croissants were nothing special and they don't offer to warm up any pastries for you. The atmosphere is chill, they have a record player. This place shares a space with two other restaurants that weren't open at the time so...
