Good price and quality is ok for the price! BUT, their customer service is TERRIBLE!! We have two problems with our purchase! First, the cushions for the couch/bed had been run over with some kind of wheel that left the cushions marked and dirty! We called and emailed them to get it taken care with NO response! Then I discovered when they assembled the furniture they left out 6 large bolts (they only installed 2 bolts) that give the couch support when it is made into a bed!
