We bought TruSteam Range Hood from Pacific and are very happy with it and the people at Pacific Inc., San Francisco.

Ms. Yip was very professional. She courteously answered our many questions (multiple calls) with in-depth knowledge. She sent Victor, one of their installers, for a free estimate. We need them to install a rather complex external venting.

Victor was very resourceful and came up with an ingenious suggestion. On day of installation, Victor really impressed us with his workmanship. He was able to put in a larger size pipe and kept it hidden from view on a long horizontal run without drilling through all the adjacent wall cabinet by using the tiny space between the cabinet top and the ceiling.

We now have a powerful and quiet hood that was perfectly installed. The entire process was a delight.

Excellent showroom for the Buffalo line of smart rice cookers and cookware, and the Pacific range hoods. Both are trusted brands well known among the Asian communities. The Buffalo smart rick cooker has pure steel inner pot with not coatings at all. It's one of the only brands that make this. We used it for years for food safety, and the pure stainless steel pot also makes it possible to cook all kind of creative recipes - like clay pot style rice, etc. Chinese also use "hot wok" a lot and the cooking style produces lots of smoke and oil in the air. The Pacific rangehood has long been known as one of the best trusted brand which can efficiently evacuate the smell and grease/smoke from the room.

I was in need of a kitchen fan hood. My call was answered by Kieu(Ms. Ip). It took her about 1 minute to fully comprehend my need. She offered me the most cost effective model. She took down my name and offered to setup a tentative installation date. In the afternoon, I visited the showroom, Ms. Ip showed me the proposed fan/hood. Placed the order. Perfectly smooth. On my way home, she called and moved up my installation date to take advantage of a cancellation.What else more can I ask for in light of this perfectly friendly, knowledgeable and caring customer service??
